Barton Cottage is situated at Tolraggott Farm.
Tolraggott Farm is a 230 acre farm in the heart of the North Cornish countryside approached by a half-mile private drive that dips into a valley.
The private drive to Tolraggott Farm leaves the main road directly opposite St. Endellion Church, one of John Betjeman's favourites. |
Barton Cottage is delightfully furnished to a high standard, with plain carpets, pretty curtains and matching bed linen. It has oil-fired central heating.
There are 4 bedrooms, two double rooms, one twin and one bunk. One of the double rooms has an en-suite shower and vanity unit.
Also on the first floor is a bathroom with heated towel rail and radiator. |

Downstairs there is a lounge, separate dining room, a large well-fitted pine kitchen and an additional toilet. All downstairs rooms have beamed ceilings.
The lounge has it's original fireplace, with cloam oven and wood burner. There is also a TV tucked away in the corner. |

The dining room is fitted with matching pine furniture and also includes it's original open fireplace. |

On the ground floor a large well-fitted pine kitchen completes this cottage. Complementary fittings and equipment include an electric cooker and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. |

Outside there is a lovely large garden area with picnic bench and BBQ, complete with some wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. |
