Ocean Blue Cottage (Sleeps 6)

Ocean Blue Cottage is the most recent addition to our cottages.
It has been converted from a traditional Cornish slate and stone barn and is situated on Tolraggott Farm.
Tolraggott Farm is a 230 acre working farm, in the heart of North Cornwall, separated from the public highway by a half-mile long private drive. |
The interior is furnished to a very high standard with accommodation briefly comprising of the following.
Downstairs there is a craftsman made oak kitchen, with all modern utilities. |

There is a 30' lounge/dining room with oak flooring, a feature fire place and French Window doors opening out onto Slate patio area and rear garden. The patio area is equiped with a wooden table and chairs, and a BBQ.
There is also one twin bedroom and walk-in shower room on the ground floor. |

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a second twin room. |

There is also a lovely familiy bathroom on the first floor. |

The cottage has central heating and parking for 2 cars.
Linen and towels are provided.
The cottage has also been classified as 'disabled friendly' up to level M2.
